Terms & conditions of the offer

1. Bookings can be made up to 14 days before the date of arrival.
2. The offer applies to reservations from 1st October 2008 to the 31st March 2009 with the exception of the following dates; from 19th October 2008 to 31st October 2008 or from 15th December 2008 to 5th January 2009.
3. This offer is strictly subject to availability and it cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
4. The offer is only valid for two adults sharing a double or twin en-suite room.
5. Mid-week is from Sunday to Thursday night only, guests can stay on a Friday or Saturday but no discount will be given on either of these nights.
6. Guests must declare their wish to use this offer at the time of booking; any guest failing to declare their wish to use this offer at the time of booking will not receive any discount.
7. The total cost of the reservation must be paid at the time of booking and it is non-refundable or transferrable.
8. We reserve the right to suspend, alter or withdraw the offer at any time without notice or giving any reason.
9. Generally guests can book a maximum of two rooms to take advantage of this offer; larger bookings will be considered on an individual basis and may be accepted at our discretion.
10. We reserve the right to limit the number of rooms that are allocated to this offer at any given time.
11. The offer can only be booked direct with us by telephone, the offer cannot be booked on-line.
